The cruise lines are building more and larger ships to keep up with the

Sapphire Cruises offers group cruise vacations on 18 different cruise
lines. Our independent agents work with hostesses to select just the
perfect cruise for their group. Hostesses are extremely motivated to

Benefits include:
Our commission structure
is based on the level of certification through CLIA (Cruise Lines
International Association). We require all agents to be (or become)
certified through CLIA. The cruise lines pay us varying commissions -
from 10% to 16%. New agents with no certification receive a 60/40 split.
Once an agent becomes certified to the Accredited Cruise Counselor
level, they receive a 70/30 split. Agents have two years in order to
complete their certification. Once they receive (if they choose) a
Master Cruise Counselor or Elite Cruise Counselor certification, they
will receive an 80/20 split.
